Privacy Policy - reporting of suspected adverse reaction form submission

in accordance with art. 13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR)

PRODECO PHARMA S.R.L. UNIPERSONALE (hereinafter referred to as Prodeco) informs you of the processing of your personal data, collected through this form.

Purpose of the processing and legal basis

The data collected through this form will be used for the following purposes:

  • to follow up on your request for reporting related to an adverse reaction following the use of one of our products;
  • to provide health advice aimed at solving the problem.

Types of data collected

Through this form, Prodeco collects only personal data of a common nature (identification, contact, or preference data), but through the open field “Do you have specific nutrition requirements? Which?” the user could freely send data belonging to special categories, for example, related to the state of their health. This data will be processed exclusively by Professional Doctors bound by a duty of confidentiality.

Methods of Processing

The personal data collected will be processed mainly with company computer systems pursuant to the security measures provided for in Article 32 of the GDPR. The personal data may be collected through mail accounts assigned to employees specifically authorised for the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 29 of the GDPR.

Communication of Data

Personal data may be communicated to:

  • Health authorities;
  • Companies that deal with the assistance and maintenance of the website’s database.

The categories of parties listed above have been appointed as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR.

Data retention period

Your data will be stored according to the following logic:

  •  for the period imposed by the provisions on civil and fiscal matters

Rights of the data subject

You have the right to request deletion (Right to be Forgotten), limitation, updates, corrections and portability of your personal data as well as the refusal of its processing as provided for in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.
