inMood QUIETAmente is a dietary supplement in liquid form made from herbal principles. Extracts of Valerian, Passionflower, Hops and Lemon Balm promote relaxation and sleep in cases of stress. Lemon Balm extract also promotes a state of mental well-being and normal mood.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake the bottle before use. To facilitate sleep: take 2.4 ml of product (equivalent to 4 pipettes of 0.6 ml), diluted in half a glass of water, in the evening or half an hour before bedtime.
Or, to promote relaxation: 1.2 ml of product (equivalent to 2 pipettes of 0.6 ml), diluted in half a glass of water as needed throughout the day, up to a maximum of 2 times.
