DonnaW Menopause My Hair is a food supplement based on Linseeds, Maca, Bamboo, L-Cystene and MSM, useful to bring an additional amount of these elements to the daily diet. L-Cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid contained in keratin, which is the base substance of hair. Bamboo enhances the well-being of hair and nails. Maca has a tonic effect and sustains the metabolism.

Suggested Use
Swallow one tablet twice a day with a full glass of water, preferably before main meals.
