Prompt delivery times - all our products are shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order either by Express Courier or by Air Mail with rapid delivery in most countries worldwide.

ORDER PLACING
Ordering is safe and easy:
1) Enter our on-line store
2) Click on the "Home Page" or on the category to automatically go to the corresponding page
3) To order the item selected, simply click on the Trolley and fill in the fields with the description of the goods desired.
4) Once you have inserted your data in the form, click the 'SEND' button.
5) Within 24 hours, PRODECO Pharma will send you a reply by fax or by e-mail to confirm the order.
6) If you wish, you can also print the form and send it to us by fax (+39 0423 723052) including your credit card number and expiry date.

STATUS OF ORDER
We'll keep you informed on the status of your order via e-mail by using the following status criteria:
IN PROCESS: the order has been activated.
SHIPPED: the order has been carried out and dispatched to you.
ON HOLD: the transaction was declined during the verification of your credit card (upon receipt of your order). In this case, you need to provide us with an alternative credit card or inform us when sufficient funds are available: up until then the order will be on hold.
We will keep you informed as to the status of your order by e-mail, informing you of each step of the process. You can always contact our Customer Service for any questions you might have.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
You will be charged in Euro.

We accept the following ways of payment:

1) CREDIT CARDS: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Fill in the requested form on-line with your credit card info (name, type of credit card, number and expiry date) and send it to us by e-mail or fax. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. We do not release info regarding your c/c to any outside organisation. The transfer of your credit card info is safely handled by our customer service. You will be charged in ITL Lira and the equivalent in your local currency will be calculated by your bank.

3) CASH UPON RECEIPT OF THE GOODS (for deliveries within Italy only).

The products are delivered worldwide. PRODECO Pharma makes every effort to offer the lowest possible shipping expenses. All prices are quoted in Italian Lire and Euro.
